Working through bigger issues with Tapping

For more significant issues or deep-rooted beliefs that are holding you back, the tapping process can be paired with other self-reflection practices such as journaling, meditation or creating mind maps.

Once you've identified the problem areas, you can begin to work through them with tapping.

However, it's essential to remember that for more significant issues or traumas, it's best to work with a trained EFT practitioner.

A web of thoughts, feelings and beliefs

Think of your mind-body system as a spider web. If a single thread in the web is disturbed, it can cause vibrations throughout the entire structure.

My EFT Tapping Journey

Going deeper with the help of Tapping

My own journey with EFT began when I realised that traditional talk therapy and life coaching, while effective in many ways, were not always enough to overcome deeper, more ingrained issues.

That's when I discovered EFT Tapping and the transformative power it holds.

Another tool in my personal development toolkit

Tapping has since become an integral part of my personal development toolkit. It's helped me, and many of my clients, uncover and resolve deep-rooted experiences or beliefs holding us back from being our best selves.
