I recommend having a browse through the website to get a sense of what I offer and what service you think you would be interested in. Having some of idea of what your desired outcome is from coaching and tapping support is also helpful. We will however be diving deeper into this together.
Absolutely. I consider myself part of the LGBTQIA+ too. So if you were raised female or identify as a woman or non-binary person and my message resonates, then I look forward to supporting you in whatever way I can.
In my coaching, I incorporate elements from a variety of methodologies based on what I believe will serve you the most. This may include elements from EFT a.k.a Tapping, Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) and different coaching techniques.
Short answer is no. Therapy is a healthcare profession set up to provide long-term support and healing. It generally looks to the past to understand where certain beliefs originated.
Coaching focuses on supporting you to reach your goals. It helps you uncover limiting beliefs getting in the way and releasing them.
EFT Tapping, provides a bridge between coaching and therapy. It involves tapping on acupressure points to process & release emotions.
I've discovered that for myself and many others, it is still very effective to receive coaching or tapping online. It's also wonderfully convenient and for some more comfortable since you don't have to commute anywhere or deal with a strange new environment. Just grab your computer and get comfortable.
I am not a sexologist. My focus area is on the psychological and emotional elements impacting your relationship. Topics of sex and intimacy may however come up in the context of relationships and that is more than welcome.
If you're looking for an alternative approach or have some trauma you want to address before continuing with relationship coaching, I highly recommend Lorraine. She offers EMDR & Somatic Sex Therapy in Melbourne.
